How It Works
- It's as easy as 1...2...3!
- Access and identification numbers (with password) will be provided.
- Dial in and begin dictating!
- Receive your transcribed documents via email.
1 - Record - places user in record mode
2 - Rewind/Play - moves the user backward 5 seconds in dictation and then plays (press1 to begin recording again)
3 - Send - Marks the current job as ready and disconnects the user (gives a job ID No. at the end of dictation
4 - Forward - Moves the user forward 5 seconds in dictation
5 - Rewind - Moves the user backward 5 seconds in dictation
6 - Pause - Toggles user between pause and record modes
7 - Insert - Enables user to dictate an insertion into a dictation*
8 - End of Dictation - Takes user to the end of the current dictation (hit 1 to begin dictating - normally used with insert function #7)
9 - Stop - Places user in pause mode (must hit #1 to continue dictating
* - New Dictation - marks the current job as ready and prompts for new dictation
# - Save Dictation - marks current job as OPEN, dictator will complete later and disconnects from the system **
* When using the insert function, you will hear a beep (begin dictation insert) press#7 again and you will hear a beep letting you know the insertion is completed. Forward to the end of dictation and continue
** When you save a dictation, you will be prompted with an option to choose the saved dictation the next time you call into the system.
